This fabric by Oscar de la Renta is 100% wool, double sided, double cloth (two separate fabrics woven together). It is a black and white sort of very large random herringbone the black and white layer is a thick soft combination of black and off white wool thread. The reverse is a thiner wool fabric in a black with bits of the white wool from the other side mixed in throughout. Fabric is very wide 64”. For clothing I would say it drapes better on the width of the fabric than the length. We used this fabric to make great fringed edge pillows. We have just one piece left 2.88 yards.
